Revealed Memo from WVDEP States the Devastation Caused by Mountaintop Removal

Ken Ward has publicized a fascinating memo that uses solid science to outline on a few of the devastating effects mountaintop removal has on our nation’s water as well as the ways that this practice goes against existing WV laws. It is a valuable document for this reason alone.
